Free to guests! eGSD, the electronic Guest Services Directory app, provides you with access to a mobile app version of the Guest Services Directory of any participating hotel. With eGSD you can have mobile access to the resources of the typical printed in-room Guest Services Directory, and more, so you can access it anywhere on or off property during your stay. You can also use it ahead of your trip to prepare for your arrival.
• One app - multiple hotels! No need to load a different app for each hotel you visit! The app allows you to switch content from one hotel to the next as you move locations.
To use this app with a participating hotel, your hotel may provide you with different options to load the app with their directory content:
• by quickly scanning a QR code, or
• by sending a code via text message/SMS
• or by accessing the apps location lookup page, which finds participating hotels near your present location, or other direct search values like zip/postal code, or hotel name
